Great company to work with! I ordered a replacement mattress
cover on their website, following the measuring instructions.
That was a mistake, since I needed a cover for a Select
Comfort air mattress, and the instructions are for a soft side
waterbed mattress. When it arrived, it was not nearly deep
enough. I called the company to arrange a return, and spoke to
Peter. He arranged for a custom depth cover to be manufactured
and shipped to me. It arrived five days later. He also sent a
return shipping label for the original cover. All this was
handled in a completely no hassle, 5 minute phone call! He
followed up later with an additional call and email to insure
everything was in order.
Lesson learned: call them if you have any doubts measuring to
fit your mattress. They are more than happy to work with you
and really want you to be satisfied. We are very pleased with
our purchase. Our mattress looks and feels brand new!

I recently ordered and received the Queen/Adjust-a-Rest
package to replace a leaking 13 year old Comfortaire and I am
so glad I did.
Your mattress/pump system is the greatest. It is really nice
not to have a noisy pump running in the middle of the night.
I have to say that ordering over the internet from a company
on the opposite side of the U.S. was a little unnerving, but I
could not have asked for better service and prompt shipping
and delivery. Not to mention the fact that your products are
top quality.

Pete-
I wanted to thank you for the recommendation on the select
comfort
upgrade for our bed. Your help on the phone in October sealed
the deal for me.
We bought the topper only in late October and shipped to us in
Illinois. We have slept on this for nearly two months.
What your service allowed us to do was we went from basically
a 2006 year select comfort 5000 (P5 Model) to your comfort
craft 9000/9500. Any select comfort will upgrade if you have 6
inch foam base. What Fantastic sleep every night!
This is a very heavy cover and customers might need help from
the truck to the bedroom.
Installation was simple, unzip and remove the existing topper,
put the new cover over the existing (no need to remove old
cover) and install, then put on pillow top!
We did have to buy deep pocket sheets, but well worth it!
This upgrade was $1200.00 plus shipping and saved us literally
$7000.00 on buying a new bed because we were done with Select
Comfort and headed to a Memory Foam bed!

The replacement cover for my Select Comfort air bed arrived
yesterday. It fit perfectly and was in place before bedtime.
It was heavier than I anticipated due to the luxury top but it
all fit perfectly. It took me about an hour to dismantle and
put it back together. It is of excellent quality and I
couldn’t be more please with it.
I appreciate your quick responses when I asked questions
before placing my order. Thank you for being part of such a
great company.

Hello,
Not only was your shipping quick you know your product very
well!
Others are skeptical purchasing online however having
previously owned a waterbed and after speaking with you, it
confirmed you have a lot of knowledge on waterbeds and
accessories.
We purchased the Sterling 600 SXE, heater and rails and love
them all! And it will be so nice to have a warm bed again on
the cold Indiana winter nights.

Peter,
I thought you deserve to know that I am extremely pleased with
my purchase of the Bally's Replacement Zipper Cover for Select
Comfort Beds.
I was skeptical at first buying anything online, but I did not
want to pay the $700+ that the manufacturer claims was the
replacement cost. I received it today
and installed it in 15 minutes. It's a perfect fit!! Woot!!

Pete,
After I found the instructions everything went OK last night.
Just a little problem with the plastic hose to faucet adapter.
Lucky I had a brass one which worked much better.
We slept on it last night and it was like sleeping on a
marshmallow. So far we are happy. I like the new design for
water tube containment better. Hopefully we will have many
good years with our new bed.

Hi Pete! It was a pleasure speaking with
you a few weeks ago, when I placed my order with you. I
ordered a king-size Perfection Frame Free Sponge waterbed
mattress, semi-waveless, single bladder, without a topper.
Shipping was super quick, and setting it up was a breeze!!
It’s been a couple of weeks now since I received my new
mattress, and I have to say that it is amazing – it feels just
like a regular, old-fashioned hard-side waterbed mattress,
except it looks like a regular innerspring mattress. The
mattress completely conforms to your body so you have full
back/body support and no uncomfortable pressure points. My
husband and I have missed our old hard-side waterbed mattress
so much, and we are so happy to finally have a waterbed
mattress again. We are sleeping like babies again. Thank you
so much!!!

I just wanted you to know that this
Eclipse unit is better than the original pump that came with
the bed. It works much faster, fills firmer, and is quieter
than the Select Comfort pump. It was very easy to hook up with
the barrel connectors. Thank you for the quality product and
your good communications prior to the purchase.

schedule, and installed them over the weekend.
Your pricing was totally reasonable and before we even placed
our order, your customer service was fabulous (i.e.,
explaining bed sizing over the phone to my husband before and

received the new controller and it works great. I sent the bad
one back to you. Maybe you can fix it.
On another things, I've got to tell you, you guys are GREAT!
My original order was shipped and received very fast!
Everything was just as described. Everything worked great
except for the above controller. But even that was impressive.
When someone had a problem, you took care of it ASAP, no
problems.
I will tell anyone I know that if they need any
parts/accessories, go to you guys!
I realize that may not mean much because you don't have the
type of stuff people buy or need everyday, but hey, someone
may need something sometime and I would definitely recommend
you guys.

Hi Pete,
You were so much fun to talk to when I placed my order-you
always need a compliment!! Just wanted to follow up-
My son and I installed and filled the
Luxury Support 7127 Ultra Waveless w/Lumbar and when my
husband came home from work he could not believe it! He
is in love with the new waterbed mattress! The best bed he has
ever slept on, a baby boomer waterbed boy from the 70's, the
down side---now he never wants to go anywhere again!!
Just always sleep in his bed!!!
Thanks for all your help-came 'speedy
delivery' too--remember I had a small leak-so we changed it
out in a timely fashion.
